SHIPPING

AlreadyDead Co. staff will process and ship all order as soon as possible. depending on the volume of orders or circumstances at that time, orders may not be shipped that day but we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates. Orders are shipped to the delivery address noted in the customers order. ALL shipments are through United States Postal Service (USPS)


After an order has been placed the customer will shortly after receive an email confirming the order has been placed/received. If confirmation email is not located check spam folder. without the confirmation email you will also not receive your shipment notification or tracking information.


AlreadyDead Co. cannot be responsible for lost ,stolen, or damaged shipments that have been confirmed to the address provided. In the case that a packaged is returned or rejected the customer will be contacted and be held responsible to pay for re-shipment postage charges in order to revive the order.


You the customer are responsible for filing a claim through the postal service if a shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged.


We do not offer a will-call program at this time.
